On the other hand, if the ring stiffness is chosen too high, it is inevitable to use an excessively large section moment of inertia, which will result in too much material and too high cost.

SN4 and SN8 represent the difference in ring stiffness, SN4 represents ring stiffness ≥ 4KN/m2, and SN8 represents ring stiffness ≥ 8KN/m2.
